Join a fast-moving robotic startup as a Founder’s Associate: a high-responsibility, hands-on role working directly with the Founders. You’ll be a generalist problem-solver, helping us scale product, sales, and operations while getting an inside view of company-building.

What you’ll do

• Drive go-to-market projects and help bring our robot to customers

• Set-up and own scalable internal operation's processes

• Research, apply for, and secure grants and other non-dilutive funding

• Run market research and deep dives to guide product and strategy

• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new hires

• Support the CEO in investor relations, lead generation and account management

• Jump into whatever challenge moves the company forward

This role is for you if

• You have a business background and prior customer-facing experiences in consulting, product management or similar.

• You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and like solving diverse problems

• You’re curious about startups, AI, and how companies are built

• Strong writing, Excel/Slide skills

• Languages: fully proficient in both English and Italian.

• You take ownership, execute with urgency, and care deeply about results
